About Me
In recent years, I sought to advance the understanding of developing and implementing human-centric and performance-driven methodologies to enhance occupant wellbeing. Ultimately, my research has advanced understanding and design practice of indoor environmental quality (IEQ), building energy use, renewable energy application, and building commissioning strategies. These research activities have extensively informed my teaching.
In order to organize my research activities, I established the Sustainable Teams and Healthy Buildings Lab (STHBL). This lab serves as a focal point for students, staff and faculty working on sustainable construction research.
